Varieties of Cultural History: Scaling in Chinese Digital History

Questions of scale are critical to how we write history. Drawing on her recent and continuing projects, Professor De Weerdt will discuss how digital methods can be leveraged to address historical questions on the micro-, meso- and macro-scale.
